Return and Refund Policy for Personalised Items
Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure you have a positive experience while exploring the unique products our shop offers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, especially regarding personalised items and general returns.
Personalised Items: Personalised items are custom-made to your specific requirements and preferences. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a fault with the product. If your personalised item arrives damaged or if a fault is found, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund if a replacement is not feasible.
General Returns (Non-Personalised Items): We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you change your mind about a non-personalised item, you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
